There is a lot of killing and terrorizing going on in this world, we need to be reminded as a child of God this is not our home we are just passing through we are now Heaven bound and we should want everyone to be as well. Those that seek control through war and terror don’t understand that this World is the Lords and ultimately He will decide what happens!

What are the greatest weapons against terror?

We in North America have a habit of “loving” people right to hell for fear that they will reject us, so we water down God’s message. We don’t have to be harsh, but the Gospel is an offensive thing to share. In not so many words you are telling someone that they are a Hell bound sinner and need to turn from their wickedness! You can serve the message up in a loving way. No matter how you do you may still step on a toe or two, better they find salvation with a broken toe than eternity in Hell with a healthy foot!

If he does grant the request, it’s not because of the criminal made the request and he is obligated to fulfill it. If God does something consistent with the prayers of the lost it is not because of their prayers but because He is a gracious merciful God! That is why He died on the cross!

1) The Gospel of Jesus Christ:
There is NO name in the universe other than the Name of Christ that can save you, Victory over the wicked, death and evil is in Jesus Christ!

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:57 KJV)

We were never told to pave the way with blood, Jesus took care of that on the Cross!

We are simply given the privilege and opportunity to share the gospel with “every living creature” as written in the gospel of Mark. That is what we must do, because with every trigger pull and every IED detonated, Hell’s population increases. It is not just the terrorists that will face that but many of the victims will, too. Should our hearts not be torn at the thought of a bombing victim never receiving the Gospel? Mine is!

There is only one thing that can change that, the saving power of Jesus Christ! He uses the Holy Spirit to work in the hearts and minds of those that belong to Him to work and share and reach the lost with His Gospel. Remember one thing all that don’t follow Christ are essential the enemies of God needing to be reconciled to Him.

For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. (Romans 5:10 KJV)

God is fully aware how the world perceives Him. We can get indignant about it and fight with people about it but at the end of that will that fighting win someone over to the Lord? No, we just alienate them and ourselves. God called the unbeliever enemies then He told us to love our enemies! No coincidence there.

Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him. (Psalms 2:12 KJV)

It will require submission to an authority greater than any other. Not just for the unbeliever but for the believer as well. We must submit to His authority in our lives and serve him with our whole being, seeking the lost and sharing the Gospel and loving them enough to have them possibly hate you for it.

2) Prayer!
Nothing happens without it! Here’s the issue the world has, every time a tragedy hits we see in the media everybody’s “prayers” are with the people who are suffering the tragedy.
WHO ARE THEY PRAYING TO? All the world religions combined have almost a billion so-called gods. I do believe God, the God of the Bible hears every request sent to Him and all the other false, made up gods. There is a difference though, look at this short example:

Is a fair and just judge going to grant a request from a hardened convict that spends most of his life shaking his fist at him in defiance?

The only prayer from and unbeliever that is guaranteed to be answered goes back to point #1. The prayer that asks for forgiveness for their sins and puts their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ to be their Saviour.

100% positive response by the hearer (God) as long as the asker (Sinner - everyone) is committed to the request with everything in their being (faith).

So if that is the case our prayers get answered (not always how we like them to) but we have a responsibility and a privilege to pray for the lost, the terrorized, the terrorizers, the weak, the poor, etc.

So here is our homework: Share the gospel of Jesus Christ! Pray always and always pray!
For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. (Romans 14:11 KJV)
I would rather see my lost friends bow before He returns because bowing after He does is too late.
