When we are baptized, we are giving a visual illustration of a spiritual truth from God:

MONDAY
Death and resurrection of Jesus for our sins.
Death with Jesus of ourselves to sin and resurrection in Jesus to righteousness.

TUESDAY
The Holy Spirit being placed into (baptized, literal translation) us
READ: John 14:15-21; Acts 2

WEDNESDAY
The believer being placed into (baptized, literal translation) The Church by the Holy Spirit.
READ: 1 Corinthians 12:1-20

THURSDAY
Complete washing of our sinful, hypocritical life by the Holy Spirit.

FRIDAY
We are commanded to baptize believers. This was practiced in the early church.

SATURDAY
